Anna Brattström

Assistant Professor

I study innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration. I am particularly interested in group dynamics, seeking to understand conflict and collaboration within and accross groups. Most of my research is based on longitudinal data, collected in the context of innovative start-ups as well as inter-organizational R&D alliances. My research is published in journals such as Research Policy, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice and Journal of Product Innovation Management. In 2017, my research was best-paper finalists at the Strategic Management Society Conference and it was awarded best paper at the RENT conference. I’m elected representative at large for the Strategy Process Interest Group at the Strategic Management Society and serve on the editorial review board of the Journal of Management Studies. My current research is funded by the Ragnar Söderberg Foundation, the Swedish Research Council and by VINNOVA.
