The impact of change on human and organisational development. The purpose is to understand the characteristics of change in the workplace. This interest is thus focused on issues related to quality of work life, stress, creativity, learning and knowledge management though linked to organizational output.
Besides these issues, Anders Ingelgård is working in the field of patient reported outcomes in clinical studies in the pharmaceutical industry. This research regards health-realted quality of life and treatment satisfaction, mainly in the cardiovascular area. This research area is rather new but an important link between market and clinical strategies. This also involves methodological isses such as questionnaire and survey assessment and development.
