Ingrid Kihlander

Ingrid Kihlander, PhD, is Director of the Product Innovation Engineering program (PIEp). PIEp works for increased innovation capabilities within people and organizations. Kihlander is also a researcher at the School of Industrial Engineering and Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. Her research interest is innovation management with a specific focus on decision making in early phases of innovation and product development of complex products in large organizations. Prior to joining academia she worked over ten years with product development and change management within the automotive industry.
