Mattia Bianchi

Professor

Mattia is Docent of Business Administration at the Stockholm School of Economics. He is also an affiliated external professor at the Institute of Management, Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa.

Mattia is Area Principal of Operations Management at SSE Russia and Head of the Management specialization, SSE Master of Science in Business & Management.

He holds a PhD in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

His main research areas are open innovation, technology licensing, lean product development and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Mattia has published several papers including articles in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Product Innovation Management, R&D Management, Technovation, Research-Technology Management, The Energy Journal and Technology Analysis and Strategic Management.
