Welcome to a seminar on the quality and control of welfare. How is the quality of the meeting with patients, clients, students and clients? What system supports the development of the review, professionalism and good quality? Are there other ways to create good values, while achieving efficiency and cost-consciousness than to measure?
In the anthology “Quality hunt – about professionalism in welfare” describes eleven professionals from within their various professional practices what is required of them in the meeting with them to help, educate, nurture and care for. In the book involved police officers, teachers, health workers, elderly care personnel, preschool teachers and recreation. Their stories are often in stark contrast to the control systems and organizational structures work surrounded by.
Participants: Jonna Bornemark (philosopher) Torsten Björkman (sociologist), Boa Rutström (economist) and Lotta Victor to Berg (skills scholars). In addition, participating authors in the anthology; Jenny Algård (police) and Anna Thulin (nurse) and Svetlana Zandi (preschool).
