Ingrid Kihlander

Adjunct professor

Ingrid Kihlander is a Senior Researcher in Innovation Management at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden. She is also appointed as Adjunct professor at the Swedish Defence University, in Systems Science for Defence and Security with a focus on innovation management. She has a PhD from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and her research interests are how organizational innovation capability can be strengthened. She has experience from working in academia, at an institue and in industry with both product development and change management.
