Johanna Envall Pregmark
PhD
Johanna E. Pregmark has a PhD from Chalmers University of Technology. Her research is focused on organizational transformation and innovation. Apart from working with action research issues in transforming industries, she is deputy director of Center for Higher Ambition and part of the core team that drives the corporate entrepreneurship master education at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship. She has published paper in outlets such as Long Range Planning, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and Management Decision and has been a part of several book projects. Moreover, Johanna collaborates with scholars around the globe in various research projects.
Though she mainly works as an academic, she is simultaneously working as an advisor and a consultant, primarily supporting top management teams in their strategic efforts. Johanna has extensive experience from practice. She has worked as a management consultant for more than 20 years. Before working in her current roles, she was partner and head of business area “Transformation” at a major Swedish consultancy firm. Moreover, she was a part of forming an international alliance of consultancy firms, with transformation and renewal as focus. She also has experience from the advertising industry. During the years 2008-2011, she worked as CEO of an advertisement agency.
Johanna is also a frequently hired keynote speaker, around topics such as change, transformation and innovation.
