Anders G. Nilsson

Anders G. Nilsson is professor of Information Systems (in Swedish: “Informatik”) at Karlstad University. He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with major in Information Management from Stockholm School of Economics. He has previously also been adjunct professor in Economic Information Systems at Linköping University, held various academic positions at Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University as well as being a visiting professor at University of Wollongong in Australia.

His research focuses on models and methods for managing development work on three different levels in organisations: corporate strategies, business processes and information systems. The research is directed on how we can bridge the communication gaps between CEO’s, business leaders and IT-experts. He is author/editor of 20 books about methodologies for change work in organisations and has been working for over three decades as a process consultant with different information systems projects in business industry and public sector.
